Giovanni's Gourmet Pizza - Authentic NY Style Pizza & More in Interlaken, NY

What an amazing find! Great crispy, cheesy, thin crust pizza and delicious toppings in a rather rural food desert. I would definitely eat here again! The pizza tasted of high quality ingredients and a masterful chef!

What a gem - delicious pizzas in the rural heart of the Finger Lakes! A sauce that tastes like tomatoes rather than sweet tomato paste. Toppings that are real and not just tasteless/out of a can/for decoration. Incredible garlic knots. Cannot recommend highly enough, and if you think to order in advance, the Sicilian pizza is well worth it. We ordered from Giovanni’s every Saturday this autumn while working the wine harvest at Sheldrake, and it became a highlight of our week. With harvest wrapped up I’ll now have to make special trips from Geneva to get some, but make no mistake that I will be!

So tasty! Got a full dinner for 2 for under $30! The veggie delite can be made vegan without cheese and mayo and was super good. The veggies were so crisp and flavorful. Pizza slices are generously sized! Tons of pepperoni on the pepperoni slices. Staff was friendly and helpful.

A much needed addition to the Cayuga wine trail area. A very good “pizza-by-the-slice” NY Style place. Highly recommend building this in to your day while in the finger lakes.

If you know me, you know i am not afraid to offer my opinion. This was our first trip to Giovanni's in Interlaken. "What to do for dinner tonight?" was the question for the evening. "I have heard the new pizza place in Interlaken was pretty good...let's try it!" I was not disappointed at all, not even a little! Yeah, we waited a bit for our order. No issue as the party before us was a group of 7. Inordered the chicken parm... and was very pleased that did! It was awesome and plentiful!! Kristen ordered the personal pan pizza... but when it came out it was actually a medium. "Our mistake, we hope you enjoy it!"...and she did and will again for lunch and probably dinner. Would i go back... i sure will!!! Give them a try, pretty certain you wont be disappointed. Now... my quick critique... a piece or two of garlic bread with that chicken parm would have absolutely been a bonus!!! What a great experience at Giovanni's in Interlaken... JUST DO IT!!!!

Great slice at the right price, $3.50 for a large cheese slice. Crust and sauce are perfect specimen of NY pizza. Crispy brown and slightly flaky underside, not too thick, not too thin, fold in half for the optimal experience. Convenient for walk-in pickup but lots of tables for dining in. Nice shop in a village along my commute that was previously lacking a restaurant establishment.

What a delicious gem of a spot in the Finger Lakes wine country! As a lifelong NYer I can confidently say that the pizza at Giovanni's is legitimately some of the best! Especially the Sicilian, which is quite special! Amazing garlic knots; crisp on the outside, fluffy and not dense at all, large size and just the right amount of garlic. Everything is made with quality ingredients; you can tell that a lot of care goes into making their foods. So happy to have a place like this in the Finger Lakes! It kept us well-nourished during a busy harvest season. Already looking forward to my next meal from here!

We were so happy to find authentic New York pizza from this small business! It's not fancy, but the restaurant has beautiful tile floors, basil plants in the front window, and a clean bathroom. I recommend it highly!
